Refund Policy

Refunds will be returned using the original method of payment. For example, if a payment has been made by credit card, the refund will be credited back to the same credit card by the merchant. This applies to all payment modes used by the customer.

If the service is not as per the applicant's selection, the applicant can contact us within 10 working days. Refunds will be processed as per bank TAT (Turnaround Time) and applicable norms.

                        Note: Refund processing time depends on the respective bank's policies and may vary.
                    

Cancellation Policy

Applications/orders can be cancelled within 5 to 6 days before processing or dispatch. Once processing has begun or the item is dispatched, cancellation requests will not be entertained.

Refund or cancellation requests will not be accepted once the payment has been successfully completed and processing has commenced.
